The following steps show how we provide you with your composite door quote. We do not try and pressure sell you, nor will we badger you about your quote. Over the years we have found that customers are happiest with our method of providing quotations with our lack of pressure. If you follow the steps below then then this will enable us to provide you with a quotation without actually visiting you initially. We will email you your quotation and leave it totally to you if you want to proceed with the order or not.

If you decide you are happy with the quote and you wish to proceed, then we will come down to carry out a detailed survey. If everything is satisfactory to the original quotation then we will ask that you sign the quotation. We will then require a 50% deposit which can be made by card payment or bank transfer. Upon receipt of the deposit and signed quotation we will then place your door on order with Endurance. Once we have received order confirmation from Endurance, we will then be able to provide you with an expected fitting date.
